- Plan & organize production activities in line with PPC plan, Availability of parts/components for subsequent processing.
- Maintain Product identification & tractability.

- Coordinate with other related areas/functions to maintain on time deliveries to subsequent activity with specified quality norms.
- Monitor, ensure and improve the skill level of operators by way of better preparation and distribution of jobs or relevant training.
- Ensure proper utilization of man, materials, machine and stocktaking.
- Implementation of decided corrective actions.
- Line balancing and reshuffling of manpower for effective utilization of resources and improving upon Q, C, D.

- To analyse and implement corrective actions for customer claims, internal and external defects.
- Establish implement & maintain the process needed for quality management systems.
- Prepare PCN
- To handle customer complaints, investigation of cause, identify problems and to initiate corrective actions.
- Implement cost reduction project for continual improvement.
- Prepare, create and maintain documentation as per ISO, IMS, IATF certification and Customer Audits requirements.

Position Location: Bhamboli, Chakan.
