**Job Title**: Production Supervisor
**Location**:Chakan, Pune
**Compensation**: 1.8 - 2.4 LPA
**Experience**: 0-1 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety

inspections and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production output, downtime, and quality control measures.
- Manage inventory levels and requisition materials as needed to support production schedules.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including attendance, performance, and conduct standards.
- Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous

improvement.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
