**Key Responsibilities**
- **AI-Driven Campaign Management**:

- Utilize AI-powered tools for campaign automation, performance optimization, and personalization.
- Identify trends and insights using AI analytics to improve marketing strategies and ROI.
- **Content Creation and Optimization**:

- Work with AI tools for content creation, editing, and optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic).
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage social media accounts using AI-based scheduling and analytics tools to enhance engagement.
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to improve content relevance and visibility.
- **SEO and Website Optimization**:

- Leverage AI tools for keyword research, SEO audits, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and user experience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use AI analytics platforms to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on predictive analytics and trends.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics, and refine strategies.
- **Market Research and Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on emerging AI trends in digital marketing and integrate relevant tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis using AI-powered research tools to uncover new opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in AI tools and platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Hootsuite Insights, HubSpot AI, Canva Magic).
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, AI-based predictive tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen interest in technology and innovation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with AI-based design tools like Canva Magic, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or WordPress.
- Certifications in digital marketing or AI-related courses (Google Ads, HubSpot, AI in Marketing) are a plus.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
