**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics and animations for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, advertising, video content, and promotional materials.
- Create 2D and 3D animations using Blender and Maya, from concept to final production, ensuring high visual quality and meeting project specifications.
- Develop 3D models, textures, rigs, and environments for various creative projects, including characters, objects, and scenes.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand design briefs, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring animation and graphics align with the overall vision and brand identity.
- Edit and optimize animated content for different formats and platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.
- Stay current with design, animation, and technology trends to introduce innovative ideas and techniques into projects.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Take direction and feedback from project leads, creative directors, and stakeholders, and incorporate revisions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and animation.
- Strong proficiency in Blender and Maya for 3D modeling, animation, and rendering.
- Experience in creating both 2D and 3D assets, including character modeling, rigging, animation, texturing, and rendering.
- Solid knowledge of the principles of animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for 2D design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D animation and graphic design work.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a deep understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate design ideas and animation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other 3D design and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, ZBrush).
- Experience with video editing software beyond Adobe Suite (e.g., Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Knowledge of lighting, texturing, rendering, and compositing within Maya and Blender.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, MEL) for automating tasks in Blender or Maya.
- Experience with motion capture and integrating it into animations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
