Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of store associates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment conducive to a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and managing stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations and overstocking.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify trends to make informed decisions regarding product offerings, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and loss prevention to safeguard company assets and minimize shrinkage.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to store staff, promoting teamwork, and resolving conflicts or issues as they arise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
