Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store ensuring exceptional customer service managing inventory and leading a team of store associates Responsibilities Ensure that the store maintains a clean organized and visually appealing environment conducive to a positive shopping experience for customers Oversee inventory management processes including receiving shipments conducting stock counts and managing stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations and overstocking Monitor sales performance analyze sales data and identify trends to make informed decisions regarding product offerings promotions and pricing strategies Enforce company policies and procedures regarding cash handling security and loss prevention to safeguard company assets and minimize shrinkage Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching feedback and recognition to store staff promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts or issues as they arise Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute relocate Jharsuguda Orissa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
