**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Backend Development**:

- Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support frontend and external integrations.
- Develop microservices-based architectures for scalability and modularity.

**Database Design and Management**:

- Design, implement, and maintain efficient **PostgreSQL database schemas**.
- Create and update **Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)** to model data structures and relationships.
- Develop and document **Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)** to map system workflows.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and best practices.
- Manage database migrations, backups, and recovery strategies.

**Documentation and Collaboration**:

- Maintain comprehensive development documentation, including API specifications, system architecture, and database design.
- Document code, database schemas, and system workflows for clarity and future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Regularly update and organize documentation repositories to reflect changes in system design and implementation.

**Performance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with security best practices for API and database access.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and documentation guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Advanced expertise in **Node.js** and frameworks such as **Express.js**:

- Proven experience in **PostgreSQL database design**, schema creation, and optimization.
- Ability to create and maintain **ERDs**, **DFDs**, and other system design diagrams.
- Strong experience in maintaining and organizing development documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
- Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with caching tools like **Redis**:

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).

**Education and Certifications**:

- Certifications in database design, Node.js, or backend development are an advantage.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail for accurate and well-maintained documentation.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
