Job Description

The successful candidate will have expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Python, as well as strong system design and architecture skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions and mentor junior developers.

  • Frontend Development (React.js)
    • Develop advanced user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and modern component libraries such as MUI and Tailwind.
    • Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
    • Integrate frontend with backend services via REST/GraphQL APIs.
    • Implement state management effectively using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
  • Backend Development (Node.js & Python)
    • Build scalable server-side architecture and microservices using Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
    • Work with both relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
    • Develop authentication/authorization protocols and manage background tasks and asynchronous workflows.
  • DevOps & Architecture
    • Lead code reviews and enforce best practices.
    • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
    • Implement containerization and orchestrate services.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership
    • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to align technical and business goals.
    • Mentor junior developers and lead by example in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 2-3 years of full stack development experience.
    • Expert proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python.
    • Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and software development lifecycle.
    • Proficient in working with Git, Docker, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, REST/GraphQL, and Cloud Services.
    • Experience in developing scalable microservices and handling high traffic systems.
    • Solid understanding of testing frameworks.
    Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills:
    • Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
    • Background in machine learning or data engineering using Python.
    • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools.
