Senior Software Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development Manager to lead our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing full life cycle of supported applications, ensuring timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes, and supporting application outages with sound incident management practices.

Skillset:

  • Developing, enhancing, documenting, and maintaining application features in C# .Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs, and React Native
  • Pitching ideas and testing new approaches
  • Managing full life cycle of supported applications
  • Supporting application outages and resolving escalated incidents
  • Analysing business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points
  • Collaborating with other development teams for integration and deployment

Requirements:

  • 9-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications
  • Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core)
  • Experience with React Native & offline database
  • Experience leading a diverse team, providing both hands-on and technical requirement
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining of MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON)
  • Sound understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with coding / design patterns defining & implementing software development standards and best practices
