Job Opportunity: Senior Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to lead our software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project forward and mentor developers, while upholding best practices and technical excellence.

2. Ensure performance, scalability and reliability through effective testing and quality assurance processes.

3. Participate in code reviews and provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.

">

4. Lead and manage the technical team consisting of frontend, backend, and database developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Skill Sets:

1. Years of Experience: 9-12 years

">

2. Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech

">

3. Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular JS, React JS, Database etc.

">

4. Experience with modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD)

">

5. Proficient in software architecture, design patterns, and principles (e.g., microservices, RESTful APIs, etc.)

">

6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

">

7. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

">

Preferred Skill Sets:

1. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

">

2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
