**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Promote and sell company products/services to clients.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Maintain records of client visits, interactions, and sales in CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide accurate feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth post-sales service and delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
