**Field Sales Executive - Gold Banking Company**

**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Location**: HSR Layout

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers for gold investment and banking products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of gold banking services, such as gold loans, investments, and digital gold.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and analyze competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on gold banking products and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in gold banking, financial services, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of gold investment and banking products is an advantage.
