**Job description**

**Role Overview**:
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate addiction Coach to join our team. The Addiction Coach will play a crucial role in providing personalized support, guidance, and encouragement to individuals seeking to overcome their addiction to tobacco and achieve long-term success in quitting.

**Responsibilities**:
1 Conduct online coaching sessions and develop personalized quit plans.
2 Provide ongoing support and encouragement.
3 Educate clients on the risks of tobacco use and coping strategies.
4 Maintain confidential client records.
5 Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
**Requirements**:
1 Bachelor's or Mater's degree in related field.
2 Certification preferred.
3 + Experience in coaching or counseling.
4 Empathy and strong communication skills.
5 Familiarity with tobacco cessation strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Addiction counseling: 1 year (preferred)
- Develope personalized quit plan: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (preferred)
