Education Counselor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive **Education Counselor** who can guide students with career options and drive admissions through effective counseling. If you have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments — we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Counsel students on available courses, career paths, and admission process.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with leads consistently and convert them into enrollments.
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs/courses.
- Maintain database of inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign strategies and promotional efforts.
- Represent the organization during seminars, education fairs, or school/college visits.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in counseling, telecalling, or inside sales will be a plus.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
