**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.

Coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups, ensuring all necessary information is provided to the sales team.

Understand client requirements and effectively assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely execution.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact details, interactions, and preferences.

Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner.

Support the sales team in generating leads and tracking sales activities.

Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and data analysis using MS Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel.

Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.

Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and providing support where needed.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role.

Excellent client coordination and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address client requirements effectively.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and creating presentations.

Proactive and energetic, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
