**About Medhavi Skills University** Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. This approach not only enhances employability but also promotes entrepreneurship across diverse sectors, ultimately contributing to a skilled and capable workforce. **Key Responsibilities**: - Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for administrative and operational requirements. - Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement, service delivery, and issue resolution. Maintain and track operational data, records, and reports using Excel and other reporting tools. - Support multiple stakeholder interactions with professionalism and efficiency. - Ensure adherence to University’s administrative policies, compliance, and quality standards. - Assist in scheduling, documentation, and communication for various administrative activities. - Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for the management team. - Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions in coordination with concerned departments. **Qualifications & Skills Required**: - Graduate in Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory). - 4+ years of experience in administration/operations in an educational institution or corporate environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data management. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines. - Mature, detail-oriented, and solution-driven personality **What We Offer** - Being a key player in something potentially massive and world-changing - Competitive salary and incentive structure, best in the industry. - Opportunities for professional development and growth. - A sportive and collaborative work environment. - The chance to make a meaningful impact on the careers and lives of working professionals.
