**Job Summary**: Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships. This role involves developing sales strategies, generating leads, managing the sales process, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business leads in fields of general engineering, medical, defense, aerospace, etc. for fulfilling safety packaging requirement.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide relevant solution from the product portfolio. Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and presentations to potential clients. Address technical and financial questions and negotiate terms to secure both single time and continuous requirements.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed and orders are executed effectively.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. Use this knowledge to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and project implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage complex sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
