**Urgent Requirement for Our client**

**Position: - Chief Operating Officers -(Fintech Company)**

**Note: - Exp.**: Minimum 1 yrs of exp. in COO positions are mandatory.

**Key responsibilities**:
The COO will be responsible for achieving the following objectives and will have the following responsibilities:
**Outreach**:

- Implement a strategic plan focusing on increasing the outreach of the micro finance institution through the opening of new branches, growth of the existing branches and development of new credit products;
- Eventually, lead the transformation into a depository taking micro finance institution.

**Product development**:

- Modify/refine the existing credit products;
- Develop new products such as microcredit, SME, micro-saving, fund transfer and micro-insurance;
- Implement the products.

**Portfolio management**:

- Supervise the Regional Managers, Branch Managers and Loan Officers and provide them with adequate support to make sure that collections are always on time and that the quality of the portfolio remains excellent;
- Lead the delinquency management strategy, including legal actions against customers and employee when appropriate;
Capacity building:

- Recruit qualified and competent operational employees;
- Provide effective training to Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Loan Administrators and Loan Officers based on international best practices;
- With the help of HR, set-up an effective training department with well trained and pedagogical local trainers;
- Create job satisfaction and motivating staff through various motivational mechanisms.

Improvement of operational procedures and compliance:

- Continuously improve the credit procedures of the institution
- Develop new procedures when launching new loan products or other services
- Organizing efficient and safe front office and back office procedures, including but not limited
- Marketing & client acquisition
- Credit analysis
- Loan processing
- Loan disbursement
- Loan monitoring and efficient loan falling and over-due management
- Safe cash management.
- All kinds of documents, manuals, procedures and regulation implementation
- A master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics;
- A minimum of 10 years experience in microfinance and other related industry.
- Extensive and proven track record in financial institution administration, operations and procedures;
- At least 2 years of management experience;
- Advanced computer skills;
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in people management;
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with poor infrastructure and human capacities and difficult conditions;
- Highly motivated with a strong interest in development and social issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,049,182.00 - ₹20,000,000.00 per year

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
