**Open position**

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter which speaks German Language to join our Recruitment Squad on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**What you’ll do**
- 3+ years Recruitment experience(IT and non IT).
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and Non IT roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Strong English Language skills (at least C1 level) are essential for this role.
- Strong German Language skills (at least C1 level) are essential for this role.
- Fluent Russian Language skills are nice to have.
- Any other language skills are a plus.
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.

**Nice to have**
- Experience working in a scaling tech organization.
- Strong communication in Russian.
