Job Description: Purchase Executive (Furniture Industry)

We are looking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in the furniture industry. As a Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all aspects of the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of furniture and related materials. Your attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to maintain strong vendor relationships will contribute to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Research, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.

Negotiate and finalize contracts and purchase agreements with suppliers/vendors.

Monitor and analyze market trends, prices, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.

Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Coordinate with internal teams, including production, inventory, and finance, to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier/vendor information.

Conduct regular supplier/vendor performance evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers/vendors related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovations in the furniture industry.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role in the furniture industry.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation techniques.

Familiarity with furniture materials, specifications, and quality standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers/vendors.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,284.83 - ₹40,000.00 per month
