Middle School Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Management and Implementation**:

- Oversee the effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum for middle school students (Grades 6-8).
- Ensure the academic goals of the school are met and students receive a well-rounded education.
- Monitor the teaching and learning process through regular classroom observations and feedback.
- **Teacher Leadership and Support**:

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for middle school teachers.
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to enhance teaching practices and encourage collaboration among staff.
- Assist teachers in developing classroom management strategies and addressing students’ academic needs.
- Evaluate teaching performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Student Support and Development**:

- Monitor and track students’ academic performance, personal growth, and well-being.
- Provide personalized guidance and support for students who require additional assistance or intervention.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment where students can thrive.
- Work with teachers and counselors to address students’ emotional and social development, promoting well-being and positive behavior.
- **Parental Communication and Engagement**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s academic progress, behavior, and overall development.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events that encourage parent involvement and support for student learning.
- Address parental concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of school schedules, student timetables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the organization and execution of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for middle school students.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the middle school division, including student attendance, discipline, and safety.
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to implement school policies and contribute to the overall strategic planning.
- **Continuous Improvement and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on trends in middle school education, educational technology, and innovative teaching methods.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of the middle school curriculum and teaching strategies, and recommend improvements as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among both staff and students.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Mathematics (M.Sc., B.Ed.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching at the middle school level, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Experience in student performance management and providing academic support.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to foster a positive school culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic excellence.
- A passion for working with middle school students and guiding them through their formative years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
