Primary Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation and Development**:

- Oversee and monitor the delivery of the CBSE curriculum for the primary grades (I-V).
- Ensure that teaching and learning strategies are in line with the school’s academic objectives and standards.
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement creative and effective lesson plans.
- Conduct regular evaluations of the curriculum and suggest improvements.
- **Teacher Support and Development**:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to primary school teachers.
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops to share best practices and foster professional development.
- Monitor classroom performance and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching skills.
- **Student Progress and Assessment**:

- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress through regular assessments.
- Provide personalized academic support for students who require additional help.
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and developmental goals.
- Implement systems for tracking and reporting student performance.
- **Administrative and Organizational Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure smooth school operations, including timetabling and resource allocation.
- Supervise daily activities, including attendance, discipline, and classroom management.
- Collaborate with the management team on school policies and strategic planning for the academic year.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Establish strong communication channels with parents to foster a partnership in the educational journey of their children.
- Organize events and programs that encourage parental involvement in school activities.
- **Student Welfare and School Environment**:

- Ensure that the primary school environment is safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning.
- Address student concerns and ensure a positive and supportive atmosphere for all students.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Mathematics with B.Ed. (M.Sc. ,B.Ed.) is required;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Primary Coordinator, Head of Department, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with staff, students, and parents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and multi-task efficiently.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
