**Concierge Executive**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The primary function of Concierge Executive is to handle all aspects of restaurant reservations for customers.
- To assist customers with restaurant enquiries and suggest them the best option as per their requirement.
- To process reservations after checking with the concerned restaurant and send a confirmation to both restaurants and customers.
- To maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and opportunities to upsell restaurants.
- Executive needs to have a pleasant phone voice and a professional but friendly attitude.
- Should be people-oriented, with good communication and listening skills.
- Should possess a positive attitude and the ability to learn new things.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon - 122010, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
