**Objective**:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility is to engage potential customers over the phone, promote products or services, and generate leads. You will contribute to the achievement of sales targets and play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
- Introduce and explain products or services to generate interest.
- Collect and document relevant customer information.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Record and update lead information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products or services being promoted.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
- **Incentive-based Performance**:

- Engage in activities that contribute to achieving sales and performance targets.
- Participate in incentive programs based on sales volume, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM.
- Provide regular reports on call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar outbound calling role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Incentives**:
In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers a performance-based incentive structure. Incentives may be tied to metrics such as the number of successful sales, lead conversion rates, and overall telecalling effectiveness.

The incentive program is designed to reward proactive and successful telecalling efforts, encouraging a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
