Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with nightclub owners, event organizers, and promoters to secure exclusive ticket deals and partnerships.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activity in the nightlife industry.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize sales strategies and provide regular reports on performance to senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective promotional campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the nightlife or entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for nightlife events and the ability to stay updated with industry trends.
