**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Legal Documentation and Drafting (30%)**:
- Draft legal proceedings, including contracts, letters, notices, and other documents as required.
- Conduct title searches and prepare title search reports for review.
- Prepare synopses and recommendations for potential clients based on legal matters under consideration.
2. **Client Communication and Relationship Management (30%)**:
- Ensure that clients are kept informed of all significant developments and next steps in their cases.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by being responsive to their queries and requests.
3. **Reporting and Presentations (5%)**:
- Prepare monthly presentations or videos showcasing the firm's services, updates, and notable achievements.
- Create and present reports on current legal matters and case progress for internal review and client discussions.
4. **File Organization and Record Maintenance (5%)**:
- Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring they are updated and easily accessible.
- Ensure that all documentation is stored securely and follows company procedures.
5. **Administrative Support (10%)**:
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, send them to clients, and follow up on payment status.
- Handle and manage courier services for legal documents and other materials as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of administrative tasks, including filing and office coordination.
6. **Legal Follow-Up and Coordination (5%)**:
- Regularly follow up with lawyers and legal experts regarding listed matters, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Coordinate with external legal partners or clients for any additional information required for case progression.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; paralegal certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **2-3 years** in a legal assistant or similar support role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
- **Language Proficiency**: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational abilities, with the capability to maintain meticulous records and files.
- **Client Focus**: Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a high level of service.
