Key role responsibilities
In the role of our Executive **Pricing and Customer Service** you will develop and implement pricing strategies for our company products or services. You will also
- Prepare customer quotations and resolve any queries related to it
- Inquire costs from 3rd party service providers such as airlines, shipping lines, transporters, CHA and others within agreed response times
- Prepare and generate sales leads, provide background information of new targets through different sourcing channels (internet, industry etc.)
- Building sustainable relationships with customers and suppliers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of queries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests
- Do onboarding of new customers including all related activities

Key role requirements
- Degree in logistics, transportation, international business or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
- Experience in Pricing and Customer Service on PAN India Level
- Profound knowledge of Incoterms, IATA Basics and Dangerous Goods
- Good reputation with Airlines, Shipping Lines, Transporters, CHA and others
- Interpersonal, mathematical and analytical skills
- Good sense of finance and accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills and fluently in English, verbal and written
