You will sit at one of Rightpoint's clients and work on some very dynamic and innovative technical projects. The client is one of the leaders in the Financial Services Industry. While you will be working with other Rightpoint team members, this role will be physically located at the client site in Dallas, TX. Currently, this role is fully remote due to COVID restrictions. Once offices are open, you will sit onsite with the client and will be aligned to this client, long-term.

**Introduction**

**What You'll Do and The Impact You'll Make**:
DevOps Engineer duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications & assist with project estimation
- Interact with clients and provide technical expertise in regards to AEM environment configuration and deployment
- AEM Environment Setup/Configuration and Production Support
- recovery from outages
- interface with engineers
- act as a customer advocate with other service providers (e.g., Adobe Managed Services)
- open / participate in Adobe Support tickets
- Actively represent Hoodoo in AEM-Tech Slack
- Fill out Vendor Security Questionnaires from our clients
- Maintain tools
- Software License management
- Pentest/Security
- OS patching, backup, and recovery

**What We'd Love to See**:
The following qualifications and skills are required for this position:

- 2+ years of AEM implementation experience
- Strong communication skills and shown ability to interface directly with "customers",

leading technical discussions, and communicating difficult or technical concepts in a professional manner
