Responsibilities:
**Design and Develop Marketing Collaterals**:

- Create eye-catching and engaging designs for menus, posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to the QSR's brand guidelines and standards.

**Menu Design and Optimization**:

- Design visually appealing and user-friendly menu layouts that enhance the presentation of food items and prices.
- Continuously update and refresh menu designs based on seasonal changes, new product introductions, and promotional offers.

**Digital and Social Media Design**:

- Create engaging GIFs, animations, and short videos to capture audience attention and convey messages effectively.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, culinary, and operations, to understand design requirements and deliver designs that align with business goals.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

**Photography and Image Editing**:

- Collaborate with photographers to capture high-quality images of food items, restaurant ambiance, and promotional setups.
- Retouch and edit images to ensure they meet the desired visual standards.

**Print Production Coordination**:

- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality production of marketing materials.

**Trend Analysis and Innovation**:

- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and competitor initiatives to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of digital media formats and best practices for online platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
