**Job Overview**

As a Graphic Designer at The White Willow, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and creating captivating designs that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including digital and print, ensuring that our brand consistently reflects its core values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website visuals, packaging, promotional materials, and more.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity, ensuring all design elements align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, photographers, and other creatives to brainstorm, plan, and execute design projects that meet marketing objectives.
- Creativity: Continuously explore new design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all designs meet high-quality standards, are error-free, and are ready for production or publication.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are on track.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, with at least [X] years of experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
