**Job Description**:
**Role Purpose**

**ServiceNow Lead Developer ? ServiceNow (C1-Band)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and advise key business processes as per client need.
- Define guidelines and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions align with the Enterprise Architecture vision.
- Supervise and lead the design and execution of integration, ensuring each product or solution within the Product Group has a properly defined architecture specification (design, governance, and compliance).
- Facilitate the evaluation and selection of new products and services in collaboration with the business and IT.
- Identify the financial and organizational impact of the solution architecture.
- Partner with other architects to provide scalable and adaptable architectural solutions.
- ** Lead the discussion as ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / CSDM expert for Architecture/Design / end to end enterprise solutions and platform roll out.**

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience **in Information Architecture, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Solution Architecture, CMDB/CSDM, and ServiceNow Products.**:

- Proficiency in defining and refining the Architectural strategy.
- Ability to design and direct Architectural governance activities.
- Familiarity with industry trends on architecture and the ServiceNow product roadmap.
- Large Enterprise experience & ability to collaborate in hybrid teams.
- Certifications desired **mainline ServiceNow Certifications(ServiceNow Admin Certified, ServiceNow Implementation specialist in ITSM or ITOM or Discovery ).**
- ** At least 10+ years of experience in design and solution for core Servicenow.**:

- ** CSDM knowledge & core CMDB and Discovery is must.**:

- Hands-on experience in implementing CMDB and core foundational concepts within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge and hands on in ServiceNow scripting and Data models (Glide objects, handling both client/server-side coding, UI Pages, Macros, Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
- Understanding of Usage of ServiceNow plugins and service graph connectors.
- Have experience in Integrations within ITOM and overall CMDB space.
- _ Understanding of Customer strategies and business requirement_
- _ Create Architectural technologies and business roadmap that result in strong business / IT alignment and drive adoption, usages of technology across the enterprise_
- _ Collaborate with key other infra domain, presales and customer architect_
- _ Have strong delivery & solution architecture view, assess business needs capacity management, and establish the technical framework_
- _ Deep understanding on various aspect of technologies_
- _ Virtualization VCF_
- _ Coverage & Software define infrastructure_
- _ Data Center migration_
- _ Compute, Storage & backup_
- _ Data Center Build & implementation_
- _ Network (LAN & WAN) and Security_

- _ Excellent ability to handle Customer & IT Vendors_
- _ Excellent verbal & written communication skills to effectively present findings and reports at local and senior business management level._
