Job Title: DevOps Architect

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Architect to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps practices, infrastructure, and tools. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our microservices architecture, utilizing a range of technologies. **Responsibilities**:
Lead efforts in setting up, configuring, and managing Kubernetes clusters on on-premise VMs and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance our CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GIT, automating deployment processes and ensuring code quality.
Oversee the integration and management of essential tools such as Kafka, Keycloak, nginx, Ocelot API gateway, MS SQL, MongoDB, KSQLDB, Kafka connect, and Schema registry, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Fine-tune Kubernetes based container orchestration for production workloads, implementing best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Provide expertise in cloud and on-premise networking, optimizing network configurations for both environments to ensure secure and efficient communication between services.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our DevOps practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Total of 10+ and 3+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Architect or in a similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing successful DevOps strategies for complex microservices architectures.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, including hands-on experience with setting up and managing clusters on both on-premise VMs and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Proficiency in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GIT.
Extensive experience with tools and technologies related to microservices architecture, such as Kafka, Keycloak, nginx, Ocelot API gateway, MS SQL, MongoDB, KSQLDB, Kafka connect, and Schema registry.
Solid understanding of containerization, container orchestration, and related technologies.
Excellent cloud and on-premise network understanding, with the ability to design and optimize network configurations for secure and efficient communication.
Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks such as CIS, FIPS etc and expertise in Kubernetes security hardening.
Excellent scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform, with a track record of automating complex infrastructure deployments.
Experience in customer-facing interactions, including addressing technical concerns and conducting solution demonstrations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, Azure, or related areas.
Experience in the banking or financial industry.
