We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our company's IT products and services to new and existing clients. This position requires a strong understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record of successful sales in a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new clients in the assigned market segment to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
- build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our IT products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including pipeline status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales, preferably selling software solutions, hardware products, or IT services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of software, hardware, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
