**Job Title: Dialysis Staff Nurse**

**Overview**: As a Dialysis Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment due to renal failure or kidney disease. Your primary duties will involve operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patients' vital signs, assessing their response to treatment, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing (CDN) preferred.
- Prior experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment and understanding of dialysis principles and procedures.
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and patience in dealing with patients with chronic kidney disease.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Minimunum 3 yrs Experience (preferred)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
