1. To make outbound calls to Customers for Sales and achieving the daily/ monthly targets.

2. To know all the details of the product or service offerings of the Company and competitors.

3. To engage potential customers in meaningful conversations and address their queries.

4. To regularly update and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.

5.To build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.

6. To be able to prepare and submit Daily /Monthly Reports as and when required.

7. To call customers and ask for feedback regularly.

8. To handle customer complain and channelize them.

**Social Media Handling Responsibilities**:
1.To handle and regularly update Company Social Media Accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin accounts.

2. To handle Company website and address queries raised in it on regular basis.

**Desired Skills & Abilities**:
1. In-Bound calling experience preferred.

2. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.

3. Good verbal and written skills.

4. Fluent in English and Hindi.

5. Proficient in handling Microsoft Office Applications and social media.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
