1. **Training Program Development**: Design comprehensive training programs, workshops, and seminars that cover various aspects of banking and finance, including but not limited to banking operations, risk management, financial analysis, investment strategies, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

2. **Content Creation**: Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, case studies, and assessments, to ensure that the training content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.

3. **Delivery and Facilitation**: Deliver training sessions in both classroom and online settings. Utilize engaging teaching methods, interactive activities, and real-world examples to enhance participants' understanding and practical skills.

4. **Subject Matter Expertise**: Maintain a deep understanding of banking and financial industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Stay updated with changes in the industry landscape and incorporate relevant updates into training content.

6. **Assessment and Feedback**: Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure participants' progress and learning outcomes. Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their knowledge and skills.

7. **Collaboration**: Partner with internal stakeholders, industry experts, and other trainers to ensure that training content remains current, relevant, and aligned with industry demands.

8. **Customization**: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different participants, whether they are entry-level employees, mid-level managers, or senior executives within the banking and finance sector.

9. **Continuous Improvement**: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and participant performance. Use this information to continuously improve training content and methods.

10. **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure that all training materials and content adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry standards. Provide insights into compliance requirements relevant to banking and finance professionals.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
