1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum covering essential topics in banking, finance, investment, accounting, risk management, financial analysis, and regulatory frameworks.

2. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for individuals seeking to enhance their understanding of banking and finance concepts. Utilize real-world examples and case studies to facilitate effective learning.

4. Banking Operations: Educate learners about various banking operations, including account management, loans, credit analysis, payment systems, and customer service best practices.

5. Investment and Portfolio Management: Provide insights into investment strategies, portfolio management, asset allocation, and risk assessment. Guide learners in understanding different investment products and their implications.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Explain the regulatory landscape of the financial industry, including compliance with banking laws, financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) measures, and data security.

7. Financial Analysis: Teach participants how to conduct financial analysis, interpret financial statements, assess company performance, and make informed investment decisions.

9. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the banking and finance sectors. Share insights and examples with learners to provide them with current industry knowledge.

10. Mentoring and Support: Offer guidance and support to participants, addressing their questions, concerns, and challenges related to banking and finance concepts and practices.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
- advance excel: 1 year (preferred)
