**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Marketing**:

- Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Create engaging content such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- **Client Management**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the wedding planning process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wedding or events industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
