What is Lokal

We are Lokal, India's premier hyperlocal platform, offering services in various Indian languages. We

focus on developing world-class products for non-English speakers across India by delivering local

information, classified ads, and continually evolving to include new and significant use cases every

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data tracking for onboarding and retaining supply for our social product
- Creating processes for efficient tracking
- Brainstorming and rolling out incentive programs. Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming

sessions to learn from experienced developers and contribute ideas

**Requirements**:

- Need to be good with data/data analysis
- Experience in strategy/business operations profile
- Coachable in data analysis or in general
