We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented **QA Testing Fresher** to join our team in Noida. As a QA Tester, you will work alongside experienced QA professionals to gain hands-on experience in software testing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and start a rewarding career in quality assurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans.
- Identify and document software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing to ensure software quality.
- Stay updated with testing techniques, methodologies, and industry trends.

**Basic Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of software development and QA principles.
- Familiarity with different types of testing (manual, functional, regression etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of software testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
