Job description:
**Junior Architect - G Cube Studio**

**G Cube Studio** is looking for a **Junior Architect** to join our **Architecture and Construction team**. We are seeking **passionate and skilled professionals with at least 1 year of experience** to work on a variety of **residential, commercial, and institutional architecture projects**.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the **design development, drafting, and detailing** of architectural projects.
- Prepare **conceptual designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation**.
- Conduct **site analysis, feasibility studies, and research on materials & construction methods**.
- Collaborate with **senior architects, engineers, and project managers** to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with **consultants, vendors, and contractors** for technical detailing and material specifications.
- Ensure compliance with **building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards**.
- Conduct **site visits** to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site challenges.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **1 year of experience** in an **architecture firm** working on built projects.
- Strong knowledge of **architectural design, construction methods, and materials**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software**.
- Good understanding of **structural, MEP, and building services coordination**.
- Strong **technical detailing, 3D visualization, and problem-solving skills**.
- Excellent **communication, teamwork, and project coordination abilities**.
- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture** (B.Arch).

- **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
