We are looking for an young architect who can take our clients requirements and prepare sales team in preparing quotation and partnering with chief architect and 3D Visualiser in performing the required designs and renders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partnering with sales and project team.
- Responsible for design decisions, involving spatial, aesthetic elements and detailing of materials
- Deliver quality architectural projects while working in a collaborative environment with ability to think outside the boxProject leadership including client liaisonPerforming role of design architect, including review of building code requirements, specification writing and supervision of construction, developing drawings
- Ensuring projects are completed with high levels of design and technical competency
- Prepare 3D sketches and drawings for internal use client presentations
- Utilize syndicated research tools to retrieve various types of data (macroeconomic, marketing, business)
- Participate in an internal project aimed to improve, scalability, quality, or efficiencyWork on a cross functional project team to develop solutions and consults on concept feasibility
- Understand the technical components of a customer integration project including, but not limited configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go live support

Qualification:

- Knowledge in Architect and Civil Engineering.
- Degree (Complete/ Incomplete)
- Kannada speaking in mandatory
- Willingness to travel and be a part of sales team.
- Should have a life goal dream

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
