**Job Summary** We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals who have great communication and persuasion skills. You will be responsible for generating calls o potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota. We are looking to hire a BDE who is customer-oriented to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The tele-sales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling our products which include Growfitter premium subscriptions, Health Insurance, and specialized credit cards.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Learn details about our product and service offerings.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation (Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. [BA, BMS, BAF, B. Com, B. Voc or diploma in related fields]
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Tele, com and other related industries will be appreciated.

**CTC range - Rs. 1,80,000 to Rs. 3,00,00**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
