Responsibilities include _(not limited to)_:
A. Internal & external communication:

- Maintain a dossier of vendors.
- Establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of vendors / suppliers / venues / various stakeholders before, during and after the event.
- Providing RPGF staff time to time information on developments around the event, which could potentially hamper or augment the integrity of the events.
- Providing advice about food, décor, entertainment, vendors and venues.
- Creating schedules of all activities for staff to follow during events.

B. Budget Management:

- Managing the budget to ensure the event doesn’t cost more than originally planned.
- Keep a working knowledge for the costs of a wide variety of heads related to typical events.
- Work within the confines of the budget.
- Create reliable financial reports.
- Plan and release payments on time, keeping in mind the processes of RPGF.

C. Crisis Management:

- Foresee and manage potential roadblocks challenges that arise before or during the event.
- Graduate in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as event manager with a minimum 8-year experience.
- Skilled in marketing techniques for event management with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proactive team player.
- Must demonstrate and boast of a strong moral compass.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
