The **Dealer Onboarding Associate (Field)** is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing new dealers for the company's electric vehicle (EV) products. This role involves traveling to different locations, meeting potential dealers, explaining business models, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Dealer Identification & Acquisition**:
Identify potential dealers and partners for the company’s EV products.

Conduct market research to assess dealer potential and expansion opportunities.

**2. Onboarding & Documentation**:
Explain dealership requirements, business models, and company policies.

Assist dealers in completing necessary agreements, legal documentation, and compliance.

**3. Training & Development**:
Conduct training sessions for new dealers on product features, pricing, and sales strategies.

Ensure dealers understand after-sales service requirements and customer support guidelines.

**4. Relationship Management**:
Act as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded dealers.

Address dealer concerns, provide support, and ensure smooth operational setup.

**5. Market Expansion & Performance Monitoring**:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive dealership performance.

Track dealer sales, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies.

**6. Field Visits & Reporting**:
Travel extensively to different locations for dealer meetings and site visits.

Provide regular reports on dealer onboarding status and performance metrics.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in dealer management, Onboarding, or business development (preferably in the automobile or EV sector).

**Skills**:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel extensively and work in a field role.

Knowledge of dealership processes and EV/automobile industry trends.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Other Requirements**:
Willingness to travel frequently.

Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

**Salary & Benefits**:
Salary Range: ₹1.20 - ₹6 LPA (Depending on experience)

**Location:

- Kolkata & Howrah (WB)**

Pay: ₹10,346.30 - ₹50,601.99 per month
