**Designation - Safety Officer**

**Experience Required - 3-5 Years**

**Qualification - B. Tech (eng) / Diploma in safety Proven experience in a têxtile / process industry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in a têxtile / process industry.
- Conducting safety audits on personnel, equipment and materials.
- Evaluating, safety procedures and policies.
- Undertaking risk assessment of processes equipment to identify hazards including fire to ensure that appropriate control measures are in place.
- Issuing of work permits and ensuring that jobs are done with all safety precautions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the workplace to ensure adherence to safety protocols. Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training programs for employees to ensure awareness of safety protocols and emergency procedures. Organize drills for fire, evacuation, first aid, and other emergency response actions.
- Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization. Identify workplace hazards and risks, and implement strategies to minimize them.
- Conduct risk assessments for new projects, processes, and equipment. Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement initiatives
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain incident records and track trends to identify areas for improvement. Ensure that safety equipment (e.g., PPE, first-aid kits, fire extinguishers) is available, properly maintained, and accessible.
- Oversee the proper usage of all safety equipment and resources by employees.
- Prepare and present regular safety reports to management, highlighting key safety performance indicators, incidents, and ongoing initiatives. Ensure that all safety-related documentation is filed and accessible for audits.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
