**EXPERIENCE**:

- BIW Product / Process Structure development and Process study
- Familiar with Process Simulate
- Weld Gun Selection / redesign, Weld points study and distribution check
- Preparation of Process documentation
- Design Knowledge in Fixture Tooling - BIW
- Kinematics for the Fixtures, Weld Guns and EOAT’s
- Robotic Simulation for All types of Robots, Cell Building, Layout Optimization
- Selection of Robots and Payload Calculations
- Experience of Offline Programming by using Different Controllers (KUKA, FANUC, Kawasaki, Yaskawa & ABB)
- Simulation of Spot Welding, MIG Welding, Laser welding/Brazing, Gluing & Material Handling Robots and OLP generation
- Simulation of Robot Roller Hemming Process
- Knowledge / Experience in OEM Standards like GM, MSIL BMW, VW, PSA etc.
- Exposure to Virtual commissioning (VC) by using Process Simulate, OPC & PLC’s (Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi)
- Experience in Robot programming (KUKA, FANUC, Kawasaki, Yaskawa & ABB) will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
