**Position Overview**:
A Part-Time or Freelance Hospitality Trainer is responsible for delivering training and development programs to individuals interested in pursuing a career in the hospitality industry. This role involves designing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars to equip participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset required for success in the hospitality field.
- Key Responsibilities:_
**1. Curriculum Development**:
- Design training modules and curricula that cover various aspects of the hospitality industry, including customer service, front desk operations, food and beverage service, housekeeping, and more.
**2. Training Delivery**:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions using a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, interactive discussions, role plays, and hands-on activities.
- Adapt training methods to suit the learning styles and needs of diverse participants.
**3. Subject Matter Expertise**:
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and developments to provide relevant and accurate training content.
**4. Skill Development**:
- Train participants in practical skills required for hospitality roles, such as communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
**5. Resource Preparation**:
- Develop training materials, presentations, handouts, and other resources to support the training sessions.
**6. Feedback and Assessment**:
- Provide constructive feedback to participants on their performance, and assess their understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
**7. Industry Insights**:
- Share real-world experiences, anecdotes, and examples from the hospitality industry to enhance participants' understanding and engagement.
**8. Networking and Mentoring**:
- Offer guidance and advice to participants interested in entering the hospitality field, and assist them in understanding potential career paths.
**9. Continuous Improvement**:
- Collect feedback from participants and adjust training methods or content as necessary to improve the effectiveness of the training programs.
**10. Consultation and Customization**:
- Collaborate with clients or organizations seeking tailored hospitality training programs to ensure their specific needs and objectives are met.
**11. Marketing and Promotion**:
- Promote your training services through various channels, such as social media, professional networks, and partnerships with educational institutions or industry associations.
12. **Remote and On-Site Training**:
- Offer both remote and on-site training options to accommodate different learning preferences and locations.
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including roles such as hotel management, food and beverage service, front desk operations, or related areas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information and engage participants.
- Teaching, training, or coaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in designing training materials, presentations, and resources.
- High level of expertise in hospitality practices, trends, and customer service standards.
- Flexibility to accommodate different schedules and locations for training sessions.
- Ability to adapt training methods for various learning levels and backgrounds.
- Networking skills to connect with potential participants, clients, and industry partners.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to manage and track training activities.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 3 per week
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
