Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Trainer based in Coimbatore. The Lead Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff, ensuring everyone is proficient in restaurant operations and customer service standards. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, evaluating employee performance, updating training materials, and coordinating with management to identify training needs. As a key leader, the Lead Trainer will foster a positive and productive work environment while upholding the company's standards and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and experience in conducting training sessions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in performance evaluation and feedback techniques
  • Ability to design and update training programs and materials
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage training schedules and documentation
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field
