**Job description**

MIS CUM IT ADMIN EXECUTIVE

As an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive, you are required to work with Data:
(1.) This role is a role for professionals who are good with numbers Knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) is a must

(3.) Knowledge of any ERP software will be a bonus

(4.) Knowledge of any business intelligence software like Tableau, R is a bonus

(5.) Good to have Skills : Microsoft Excel

(6.) Manage virtual and physical servers with Windows 8,10 & 11.

(7.) Manage the physical and virtual environment (VMWare)

(8.) Managing disaster recovery operations, usage, network administration, and data backups as per requirement.

(9.) Carry out productive research, and maintain and execute networking products and technologies.

(10.) Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems with network devices including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.

(11.) Anticipate, mitigate, identify, respond to, and resolve issues with storage devices, storage access, and data retrieval.

(12.) Monitor, analyze, and predict trends for storage equipment performance, space allocation, and data growth to recommend enhancements to the IT storage team.

(13.) Ensure system backups are scheduled and run.

(14.) Ensure the security of the server infrastructure by implementing industry best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

(15.) Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices.

(16.) Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and server and workstation patching.

(17.) Develop and maintain documentation about the current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices

(20.) Collaborates with engineers, architects, developers, and other staff to meet project objectives.

(21.) Analyzes the technological needs of the organization and provides ongoing support for clients.

**Responsibilities**
- You will maintain the operations of all virtual, web, and client and server systems to ensure availability.
- You will handle escalations related to any ERP software service issues of systems, and partner with the other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues to ERP software. Training for ERP will be given.
- You will leverage optimization techniques to maximize the efficiency of all computer systems.
- You will implement and maintain a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery in the event of failures.
- You will train the technical support team on solving common system-related problems.
- You will build and ensure the implementation of software standards for operating systems, servers, and virtualized infrastructures
- You will work with third-party vendors and consultants on developing system-specific skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**DESIRABALE QUALIFICATIONS**:

- GRADUATE IN IT, B.TECH
